I got VERTU Ascent Ti Ferrari 2009 about a month ago; however, the network had some problems. The network had the signals sometimes, but it had gone out after that. Therefore, I couldnt call or text SMS. I'm living in the U.S and using T-mobile network also. Could you help me to solve that problem??

i'm confused. i have been reading some questions and comments on this site, and sometimes you write that the phone hasn't got the original flood backlight and sometimes you write that it has..

And sometimes you write that if a problem with the IMEI code comes up, there will be a refund and sometimes you write that you don't take any responsibility if that should happen..

What is true?

The phone has the floodlit keypad. All IMEI numbers have been changed so phones will work on any tri-band provider without being blocked. Software of every model updates every month.
